Excursions
The Bed and Breakfast L'Antico Agrumeto a Mare is located in privileged position in order to carry out the excursions in the main localities of historical and naturalistic interest - of the National Park of the Gargano and the Bari province. If time between a bath advances you, we suggest to you some routes selected from us.
Route Tremiti Islands
Visit the Protect Marine Area, whose, the main Islands that compose the Archipelago are Saint Nicholas and San Domino, with every day ship departures in high season from the little tourist port of Rodi Garganico, at only 2 kilometers from the Bed and Breakfast.
Route Trabucchi and Sea Caves : visit of half day in boat to the coves of the garganica coast and to the trabucchi, ancient blots for peach realized in wood. Next to some of these trabucchi, moreover, it have been realized small restaurants in which you will be able to be stopped to eat, at the end of excursion, an optimal fish!
Historical- Artistic route: Lucera - Troia.
Naturalistic routes:
Foresta Umbra and Lago Salso. To go for orchidee.
Historical - Religious route: San Giovanni Rotondo - Monte Sant'Angelo.
Route Castles and Cathedrals: Trani - Castel del Monte.
Route of the ancient fishermen's villages: Peschici - Vieste.
Preistoria's Route : Grottone Manaccore - Stele Daunie near the Archaeological Museum "Silvio Ferri" at Manfredonia.
