Far only 2 km from Rodi Garganico, and 150 mt. from the beach, the Azienda Agricola Saggese is immersed in a beautiful oranges and lemons garden just on the sea, with its panoramic view; there are too the remains of an ancient mill - water for wheat, because of the place is rich of spring, important for the citrus fruit plants. The building, composed by 2 flats, is an authentic old rural house of XIX Century on 2 floors, not remade; so its not divided in double or single apartments as an hotel, because of it keeps its original architecture. You can rent each whole apartment with breakfast. The place is good to be really quit between the smell of the orange flowers and of the sea. Theres the paking car and you can use, a fireplace outside too, where, sometimes, the owner will be glad to prepare some typical Apulia product.
1st flat: double studio flat on the
ground floor composed by a living kitchen, 1 bedroom, with double
beds + 2 single beds, a toilet.
From 20,00 till 45,00 euro for person per night, depend on the season.
2nd flat: triple studio flat on the first floor,
composed by 2 apartments with rough parquet (6 -7 beds), a wide living room,
a little terrace with a beautiful view between the garden and the sea,
where you can get a tan or eat, kitchen with a fireplace and a toilet.
